Recently, at the 15th Public Welfare Festival and 2025 ESG Impact Annual Conference held in Beijing, Huaihai Holding Group was awarded the “Special Tribute Award for 15 Years of Public Welfare” in recognition of its long-term, systematic commitment and contributions to social welfare undertakings.
As a leading enterprise in China’s micro-vehicle manufacturing industry, the Group has always integrated social responsibility into its operations and development. Its public welfare practices are characterized by wide coverage, long duration, and close integration with its core business, with cumulative investment exceeding 130 million yuan to date.

The Group’s public welfare initiatives focus on leveraging industrial advantages to empower communities at the source. For instance, in response to the national “10,000 Enterprises Revitalize 10,000 Villages” initiative, it invested in building a production base in Shenyu Village, Xiao County, Anhui Province, driving local employment and rural development through industrial deployment. Meanwhile, the Group has established welfare factories to provide stable jobs and equal career development opportunities for people with disabilities, with cumulative investment in salaries and social security exceeding 50 million yuan.
Education support is a key focus of the Group’s public welfare efforts. The “Golden Autumn Scholarship Program” for employees’ children has been running for 20 years, distributing 3.36 million yuan in scholarships and benefiting 1,785 students. The “Love School Bags Enter Campus” campaign, dedicated to rural education, has spanned over a decade, reaching more than 2,000 rural schools nationwide and benefiting over 1 million left-behind children.
In supporting agricultural production and national food security, the Group has organized the “Public Welfare Campaign to Assist Wheat Harvest” for 11 consecutive years, providing emergency harvesting support to needy farmers in major grain-producing areas during the wheat harvest season. It has also actively mobilized resources to support disaster relief and epidemic prevention efforts in response to major emergencies such as natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic.

To ensure the standardization and sustainability of its public welfare undertakings, the Group has incorporated public welfare planning into its corporate development strategy, set up a special budget, and established a charitable fund in cooperation with professional charitable organizations, forming an institutionalized long-term guarantee mechanism.
The 15th Public Welfare Festival aims to review the 15-year development history of China’s public welfare cause and explore paths for public welfare innovation and sustainable development. Huaihai Holding Group’s public welfare practices have set a “Huaihai Model” for private enterprises to leverage their own advantages, fulfill social responsibilities, and serve the overall national development agenda.
