Deepening Global Industrial Collaboration and Expanding Opportunities for International Cooperation

On November 3, the 15th China Overseas Investment Fair (COIF), themed “High-Quality Belt and Road Cooperation for a New Era of Shared Development and Prosperity,” was held in Beijing.

The Huaihai delegation included Ms. Catherine Xing (Xing Hongyan), Vice President of Huaihai Holding Group and General Manager of Huaihai Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd.; Ms. Kang Jing, Director of the Market Management Department of Huaihai International; Mr. Dong Hetong, Deputy General Manager of the Americas Business Department; and Ms. Liu Ju, Deputy General Manager of the Central and South Asia Business Department. The delegation engaged with international partners to explore new opportunities for industrial cooperation.

1. Strengthening Partnerships and Advancing Global Industrial Collaboration

As a Vice President Member of the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) and Chairman of its Micro-Vehicle Industry Committee, Huaihai Holding Group actively participates in the association’s initiatives and international industrial cooperation activities.

On the afternoon of November 2, Huaihai representatives attended the Ninth Meeting of CODA’s Fifth Council, strengthening communication and engagement with the association and its member organizations.

On the morning of November 3, the Huaihai delegation attended the opening ceremony and main conference of the 15th China Overseas Investment Fair, gaining insights into global industrial trends and cooperation opportunities, with a focus on high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and deeper international investment partnerships.

During COIF 2026, Huaihai Group actively engaged in country-specific business exchanges, exploring new avenues for international cooperation in the micro-vehicle industry, green mobility applications, and localized development overseas.

During the event, Ms. Catherine Xing, Vice President of Huaihai Holding Group and General Manager of Huaihai Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd., presented Huaihai’s 50-year manufacturing and development journey, along with more than 20 years of international market experience, to H.E. Ms. Denisa Saková, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of the Slovak Republic.

Ms. Xing also held discussions with H.E. Mr. Siniša Berjan, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to China, exchanging views on the development of the micro-vehicle industry and opportunities for international market cooperation, further strengthening communication with relevant countries.

Meanwhile, Huaihai Group engaged with representatives of the Embassy of Mexico in China and participated in country-specific business sessions involving Mexico, Slovakia, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, and Guyana, further expanding its international cooperation network.

During the Slovakia session, discussions focused on the development of the micro-vehicle industry, market applications, and opportunities for international cooperation.

In exchanges with Bulgarian representatives, particular attention was given to the potential applications of agricultural transport vehicles in farming operations, rural transportation, and agricultural product distribution. The discussions explored how practical and efficient mobility solutions could improve agricultural transportation and support the development of local agricultural industries.

The Guyana session focused on understanding local market needs and exploring potential business cooperation opportunities.

As part of the international exchanges, Ms. Xing was also interviewed by representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China, where she shared insights into Huaihai Group’s micro-vehicle industry development and global business presence, highlighting the achievements of China’s micro-vehicle industry in product innovation, international market expansion, and global cooperation.
