As the head of the Huaihai brand store in Malawi, my name is David Mwangi. Since 2019, I have been responsible for Huaihai vehicle sales and service in the country. I often tell my team: “If the customer isn’t operating the vehicle well, it means we didn’t do our job right.” It is this belief that has made Huaihai the preferred brand among transport operators in Malawi.
Today, over 70% of our sales in Malawi come from customer referrals. When James entered the store with Peter, I knew it was more than just a transaction—it was continued trust.
