A: Yes, we have service centers in Europe and we provide call center, maintenance, spare parts, logistics and warehousing services covering the whole of Europe, support door to door transport, returning process etc.Q3:Do you accept OEM or ODM？
A：Yes we would accept OEM in certain year purchase quantity. Right now the minimum order quantity is 10,000 per year.Q4：Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors？
A：Yes you can. But for change logo and colors, the MOQ is 1000 pieces per order or for specific discussion.

Q5: Do you have e-bike, e motorcycle?
A: Yes we have e-bike and e motorcycle, but currently we cannot do dropshipping support.

A：For sample order，it’s 100% TT advance.
For mass production order,we accept payments TT, L/C,DD,DP, Trade Assurance.Q7：What is your delivery time？
A： For sample order，it should take 2 week to prepare and shipping time depends on distance from our warehouse in Europe or US to your office location
For mass production order，it will take 45-60 days of production and shipping time depends on sea freightQ8: What certificate do you have?
A: We have CE,TUV, KBA, FCC,MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE etc. Also we can provide any certificate relates to products.Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: We would start quality control process since the beginning of production. During the whole process we would proceed
IQC,OQC,FQC, QC, PQC and etc.

Q10：.What’s your after-sales service like?
A:The whole product warranty of our product is 1 year, and for agents, we will send some spare parts and provide maintenance video to help them repair together. If it is the cause of the battery or the damage is serious,we can accept the refurbishment of the factory.

Q11: Where is your factory located? How can i visit your factory?
A: We are a group company, different product produced in different city due to we are making full use of industrial resources and supplying chain, now we have more than 6 production bases of electric scooters in Zhejiang, Guangdong ,Jiangsu, Tianjin etc. Please contact us for arrange visits.
